A total shocking surprise to me, this happened only two months ago.

"An associate of "Tiger King" star Joe Exotic was attacked by a tiger during a show in Oklahoma earlier this year ... and now TMZ has learned the official cause of death.
According to the Tulsa Medical Examiner, Ryan Easley died from blunt force, sharp force, and crushing injuries ... due to tiger mauling."
A tragedy I will long rue, having admired Ryan's work at Kelly-Miller Circus.

Thank you for sharing this with us. Hard to believe it seems to have been so undercovered. I did find that one of the major networks, ABC I think, gave it attention. Maybe the others held back out of ?? courtesy, knowing it might be met with the ugly hatred of the PETA crowd,
Dude, it was all over the national news when it happened. I wondered why you weren't mentioning it at the time.
Well, I DO watch national TV here in the Bay Area, and I wonder how I could have missed it???
